Corundum and Shield Shaped Diamond Post Earrings
These vibrant, one-of-a-kind pink and grey gems are corundum- which is a blend of ruby and sapphire. They are set in oxidized silver with rose gold accents. Shield-shaped rose cut grey diamonds set in rose gold add that extra sultry sparkle.
Design:
These earrings are made from sterling silver, 14k rose gold.
Gold pieces are soldered onto the silver forms to compliment and enhance the shapes.
The corundum and diamonds are bezel set. My custom bezels are handmade specifically for each individual stone. The key features of my bezels are the hand cut notches that are placed asymmetrically into the bezel as an added signature detail. The stone is completely surrounded on all sides by metal. It’s the most secure and stable setting, great for everyday wear.
