Pear Shaped Green Amethyst Pendant

Green amethyst, otherwise known as prasiolite has just a subtle tint of green that warms it up, and so many facets. I took lots of photos to try and capture this subtle beauty.
The metalwork is a combination of 18k yellow gold mixed with oxidized silver.

The green amethyst is bezel set. My custom bezels are handmade specifically for each individual stone. The key features of my bezels are the hand cut notches that are placed asymmetrically into the bezel as an added signature detail. The stone is completely surrounded on all sides by metal. It’s the most secure and stable setting, great for everyday wear.
